The Inventory and Office Administrator is part of the team of Housing Works Thrift Shops, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the enterprise as a whole is successful.

The primary goals of the Inventory & Office Administrator are:

  • Organizes systems in the PDC in regards to clothing shipments and processes that these are followed and being met in a timely manner.

  • Research & resolves inventory discrepancies in a timely manner and makes necessary corrections.
  • Compliance with office duties; phones, supply ordering expense tracking, organizing and cleanliness.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • The inventory & office administrator supervises inventory & replenishment processes and delegates to departments and sorters to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and adherence to process are upheld.
  • The inventory & office Administrator effectively communicates with the Departments and Sorters their plans and works with them to achieve success.
  • Setting a clear and ambitious direction for inventory processing and operations of the PDC.

Operational Excellence:

  • Design and document improved operational policies and processes to meet the inventory replenishment goals across the Warehouse.
  • Ensure staff is aware of Housing Works and Thrift operational policies and processes, and have the capabilities and accountability to work with them effectively.
  • Manage, or coordinate relations with loss prevention, IT, and Human Resources to ensure these functions effectively support the Warehouse business.
  • Policy & Procedure, Organization, OSHA and cleanliness follow up, compliance and training.

  • Agree apparel, accessories, and shoes production targets with the Warehouse Manager

Skills :

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Wireless Network Installer is responsible for installing, repairing and supporting our clients wireless infrastructure.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

(a) Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

(b) Support existing 802.11 infrastructure including Cisco, Proxim and Firetide

(c) Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Summary:

Description:

Summary:

Create, implement and manage electronic discovery solutions for the culling, processing, hosting and conversion of electronically stored information (ESI) for end clients consisting of mainly law firms and Fortune 500 companies.

Description:

Oversee full life cycle of projects according to client parameters.

Track delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope.

Communicate with clients and proactively offer solutions to improve their workflow through the life cycle of a case.

Perform demonstrations of web hosting software, both online and in person.

Be available to answer client questions about web hosting software and perform various administrative functions of the application(s) to meet clients needs.

Monitor multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure smooth transition of work between day and evening shifts.

Develop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.
