Position:
Entry Level Equity Trader

Compensation:
Percentage split of trading profits (non-salaried).

After several months of trading, Junior Traders with a proven track record may be offered a greater role with our team and additional rewards when mentoring others.

Our experienced team focuses primarily on swing and position trades. Our specialty is the concentration of Chart Pattern Recognition with high time frame analysis. We focus on stock charts with familiar and similar characteristics to achieve positive and consistent results. Junior Traders will interact on the trading floor and learn from our Senior Traders who have over 50 years of combined experience in the industry.

We are seeking motivated and disciplined candidates that we can teach to manage and control the risks of the financial marketplace. These successful applicants will join our team in the downtown Manhattan trading office and undergo an initial training period. In addition, Junior Traders will be provided with educational materials including videos to familiarize themselves with the inner workings of the Stock Market and equity trading.

Trading Concepts

Bar by Bar candlestick analysis

Pullback Long/Short entries

Predictive trading with Pivot Points

Fibonacci Retracements

How to measure moves

Timing Anticipation trades

Reward to Risk ratio: 4:1 and 8:1

Building positions

Scaling in/out of winning trades

Learning your Signature A+ setup

Over-shoot plays

Responsibilities:

Identify and execute short term equity trades using technical & broad fundamental analysis

Regularly assist our trading team by researching and presenting longer-term trading ideas

Contribute ideas daily to new and intermediate traders on the trading floor

Maintain constant research and study of macro-economic trends as well as chart patterns to better prepare and anticipate the markets

Keep track of specific chart attributes that you recognize to work properly

Requirements:

Ability to adhere to the risk parameters established by the firm

Strong interest in the Financial Markets

Solid desire to trade

Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure; successful traders strike a careful balance between aggression, patience & emotional stress

Our group requires an initial capital contribution

Successful completion of Proprietary Trader License (Series 56)--study materials will be provided
