Compensation: +$50,000 per year, plus apartment, electric, heat, hot water and full union benefits.

Great Opportunity to live and work in a true luxury building in lower Westchester County. Property is 6 stories, built in the mid 1990s by world class developer. We are looking for a Union Superintendent (32BJ) with at least 10 years of experience, and ability to lead and direct a maintenance staff of 4 and work with the 24/7 concierge staff. Service contracts for landscaping, elevator, pest control, snow removal HVAC systems maintenance and pool. As the Superintendent, you and your family will have a parking space, extra on-site storage, use of the outdoor, heated pool and the brand new state of the art Health Club, Gym and Whirlpool.

We are looking for a responsible individual who understand the way to run and maintain a luxury building in one of Westchesters premier communities.

Requirements:

• 10 Years experience as a superintendent
• Experience as a manager of maintenance staff
• Excellent Resident Relations and Problem Solving skills
• Competence in word processing and spreadsheets
• Confidence in computer skills
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, painting
• Good Contractor Relations.
• Willingness to help Managing Agent and Board maintain this community as a great place to live.
• Work week: Monday Fridays, emergency response required off hours we provide cell phone and computers
