Job Description

Business Assistant, Senior

Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations for the Law Department in such areas as phone coverage; scheduling meetings; setting up meetings, including the related multi-media; travel arrangements; expense reporting; maintaining and managing calendars; generating copies; screening mail; filing; providing coverage for team members, ordering supplies and maintaining department and company records. Handle internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions and redirecting to appropriate personnel. Prepare correspondence; memoranda; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package. Assist with managing and/or tracking expenses. May research or provide support for special topics as assigned. Develop and produce reports as assigned. Update and manage internal marketing websites. Comfortable supporting a team of attorneys.

Experience Required:

Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers. Previous experience working in a legal setting or supporting a team preferred.
Strong working knowledge of desktop computer software.

Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite including strong Word and PowerPoint skills and good Excel skills. Proficient in MS Office Outlook and MS Sharepoint.

Education:
High School education; college degree a plus
