The Crowne Plaza White Plains is a well-regarded landmark hotel in the heart of Westchester County. Located in the heart of the downtown district, this hotel enjoys an upscale and affluent clientele. The Crowne Plaza White Plains boasts an excellent local reputation and has served as host for many of Westchesters most prestigious corporate and social clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional with a thorough understanding ofdirecting the hotel Operations.You will have an opportunity to work with an energetic front desk teamwho are committed to outstanding customer service. This challenging role directs the activities of the guest services, housekeeping, bell services, concierge services, transportation services, business center, telephone services, and guest reservations to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability. Develop and communicate departmental strategies and goals and ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions. You will assist in managing hotel revenue generation and maximization through full utilization of company systems, business processes and specifications. Ensure that guest satisfaction data is analyzed and that plans are developed and implemented to achieve established goals. You may serve as "manager on duty" as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Requirements include a Bachelors degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent and four years guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.In return well give you a competitive financial and benefits package which may include healthcare support, dental, vision, disability and life insurance support, and a matching 401k plan.
