Event Marketing Sales Agent at White Plains

Job Description

We are seeking energetic, outgoing and motivated individuals to be part of our promotional team, which works the best events around the Westchester County, Nassau County and Hudson Valley.   Events and Fixed Locations include.  New York Islanders, The Westchester in White Plains.  Showcased Events;  Trade shows, Bridal Shows, Expos, Festivals and many more!!!  
 
These positions can hire in part time or full time with full time, including health, vision, dental, & life insurance, paid vacations & paid holidays.
 
We have Two Positions Available:
 
Event Marketing Representative:
 
Book the general public to attend a Silverleaf Resorts Presentation
Negotiate gifts and premiums with customers
Delivering an upstanding sales pitch
Responsible for generating as many qualified tours as possible during a shift
Working with the Field Marketing Team effectively
Expected to be able to work in a self managed environment
Hourly vs excellent compensation package
 
Sales Agent:
 
Provide travel and tourism information for vacation resort destinations
Sell vacation packages to the general public
Delivering an upstanding sales pitch
Responsible for generating as many qualified sales as possible during a shift

Job Requirements

Skills/Requirements: (for both positions)
Outgoing personality
Excellent verbal communication skills
Experience with using premiums is a plus
Must thrive in a commission based compensation structure
Must have reliable transportation to and from events
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
