Classification: Accountant - Senior

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year

A top international real estate management company is seeking a Property Accountant to add to their already exceptional team! They are searching for a stellar professional to contribute to a project which is one of the largest in New York City history! This is the perfect opportunity to not only make a significant mark while working on a powerful project, but to advance while working with talented and extremely bright professionals in a terrific environment. This position will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, managing the general ledger, preparing financial statements and budgets, analyzing as needed, and handling various related and ad hoc duties. Through this company, the Property Accountant would work on projects ranging from 300-million to over 1-billion dollars, so the ideal candidate for this position must have 3+ years in residential real estate out of a large company, with experience working with clients focused on development. He or she MUST be out of straight public. JD Edwards preferred. This opportunity will be filled by a strong communicator who is self-motivated and attentive to detail.
