About the Opportunity:

  • They are currently looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant with thorough Quickbooks experience for the Family Office Group. This Group provides family offices and businesses with a wide array of financial, advisory and accounting services customized to fit the needs and objective of their clients.

We are looking for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to have:

  • Process/maintain all accounts payable and accounts receivable in Accounting System
  • Monthly bank reconciliation
  • Maintain file of client records
  • Record journal entry into Quickbooks
  • Correspondence with client
  • Prepare daily cash report for review and approval
  • Complete transfer request and carry out transfer request
  • Maintain chart of accounts



Job Requirements

Required Experience

  • 3+ years experience in Bookkeeping from a similar financial services environment, Accounting firm preferred
  • Accounting and/or financial experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with all types of people
