An exciting opportunity now exists to join Runtal North America!  We are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in our Eastern territory.

 

Job Description

Due to promotions from within and company expansion, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager in our Residential Division to oversee the territory consisting of CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE,MD,DC and VA.  .

 

• Responsible for coordinating overall sales activities for the distribution of our residential products.
• Develop a strategy to target new and existing clients.
• Identify, communicate and respond to opportunities to impact sales and customer satisfaction with each customer.
• Provide sales and training activities with plumbing and heating, electrical supply houses, kitchen & bath showrooms and decorative hardware showrooms.
• Interfacing and presenting our products to architects, designers, builders and heating contractors as well as managing independent reps
• Energetic, entrepreneurial spirited individual.
• Work with Inside Sales Team to generate leads  

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Sales management experience and extensive contacts in the in the plumbing and heating industry calling on wholesalers, kitchen & bath showrooms, architects, designers, builders and heating contractors.
• A proven record of increasing sales
• Team player and straight-forward  communicator with a get-it-done attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with a range of personalities
• Charismatic and inspirational presenter with excellent written and presentation skills
• Business Degree preferred
• Willing to travel; position requires considerable ongoing travel
