Due to the continued growth of our Management Consulting practice we are seeking an Oracle-Taleo Consultant to joinour Chicago, IL or New York, NY office locations. This position will be focused upon the technical oversight and delivery of SaaS solutions leveraging the Taleo Talent Management solution suite. The Taleo Functional Consultant works as a member of the Baker Tilly engagement team to provide business and functional expertise in the areas Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, and/or Learning within the Talent Management space.

Responsibilities:

Yourresponsibilities will be to:

• Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements to set the directionfor corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to businessgoals and value acquisition.
• Applybusiness and functional knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with technical consulting staff on Baker Tilly engagement teams, in theimplementation of business-aligned/driven Taleo solutions.
• Afocus on business solution alignment, from requirements definition tofunctional design, to use case-based testing and training programs, to change management (leveraged communication plans, training, etc.).

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelorsdegree in accounting, business, finance, human resources, computer science, management information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Taleo implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience with one or more of the talentmanagement modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance management andLearning. Previous related industryand consulting experience in competing product sets may be entertained (SuccessFactors, Kenexa, Cornerstone, etc)
• Experience in business process design, functional requirements definition, functional design, ongoing business analyst/constituency management andcommunication.
• Businessprocess expertise around talent management and human resources.
• Excellentnalysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
• Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learningin order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the big picture as well as the details, display appropriateethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
• Strongpreference for candidates who are PMP certified or possess Taleo certifications.
• Ability to travel; potentially up to 80%.
