Job Description

On-site Superintnedent, The Superintendent is responsible for the physical needs and maintenance of the site and for all supervisory responsibilities for the maintenance staff performance. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to ensuring all aspects of the sites physical needs are addressed in accordance to standard building maintenance practices and in accordance with all RMC polices, procedures and standards, implementing preventative maintenance program and maintaining written validation of same in binders for supervisory review, scheduling and/or performing all common area repairs derived from weekly/monthly inspection reports and site visit notes, adhering to and ensuring compliance with all inventory control systems, initiating disciplinary actions, hiring, firing and preparation of performance related memorandums, and any other special projects and/or tasks assigned by the Regional V.P., District Manager and/or the Property Manager.

Job Requirements

Certifications in Boiler Maintnencae, General Construction, Candidate should be hands on with plumbing, carpentry and apartment repair skills. Appliance Repair, or HVAC Certiciation. Preventive maintenance planning.Must be organized and computer literate.
