Position Requirements
 

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be currently or recently employed as an hourly or salaried restaurant manager
• Good job tenure and stability - no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
• Proven Leadership Skills
• Success-Oriented and Hands On
• Strong desire for continued growth and learning

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as hourly or salaried restaurant manager
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
• Dependable and Loyal
• Some exposure to P&L and Sales Building a plus
• MOST IMPORTANTLY - A strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, succeed, and HAVE FUN!
