Job Description

General Managers
Can make between = $40K Yr - $70K Yr ( w/ Salary + Commission and Bonus )
-Oversees the personal training department in one EFT location.
-Proven track record in Leadership and goal attainment.
-Responsible for the successful attainment of company targets, including revenue and client retention, as well as setting and achieving bi-weekly revenue objectives.
-Drives and communicates company operational procedures and standards in their club.
-Sells and conducts introductory certified personal training sessions.
-Ensures trainers/team members are consistent in punctuality, dress code compliance, and customer service focus.

Qualifications
Current nationally accredited Personal Training Certificate and/or a fitness related degree
Current CPR/AED certification
High School diploma or GED required
Associates/Bachelors degree in related field a plus
Knowledge of the personal training software programs a plus
Bilingual Spanish Speaker a plus

Additional Information
Applicants must have a current nationally recognized Fitness Certification .
