Business Analyst/HRIS at New York

Job Description

 

Seeking a Business Analyst/HRIS for a long term consulting project for a manufacturing client in NYC. Responsibilities include:

- Analyze and execute transactions into the Oracle HR/Payroll System;

- Support HR and business initiatives;

- Contribute to the ongoing development, maintenance, and

  enhancement of the current/future systems;

-  Develop and execute test scripts; 

-  Execute complex HR processing transactions on an on-going basis into

  the Oracle HR/Payroll system. 

-  Work with the HR Business Partners in providing information to

  employees by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a

  timely manner.

- Support maintenance and enhancements of HR related systems.

 

Job Requirements

Required skills:

- Bachelors’ degree is preferred

- 3 + years of experience with HR Systems and HR Reporting 

 Systems including Oracle HR/Payroll System and Cognos Reporting

 System

- Have a good understanding of HR processes in order to interpret

  business needs and communicate system set-up requirements; 

- Strong experience with Microsoft Office.

- Strong analytical , interpersonal and communication skills.
