Important Details The Sunrise Family of Companies, a national top ranked collection agency and customer service call center, established in 1974, is looking for accounts receivable, customer service representatives who want a career opportunity.

 

Family oriented company offers part time positions with flexible hours. We are open 8am-11pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays from 8am-1pm. Paid Training - $12.50 per hour, paid weekly. Upon successful completion of training salary increase to $15.00.

 

Part time requirement 20-24 hours per week.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Description Hired candidates arrange repayment of overdue customer bills by phone for wireless phone companies, Universities, trade and proprietary schools, banking, and credit card companies etc.

 

We are looking for candidates who can provide a positive customer experience, and work with consumers to solve their debt obligation.

 

This is a great opportunity for high school and college graduates, as well as people coming from other careers. In the last 2 months successful candidates have come from banking, real estate, sales, nursing, retail, customer service related jobs.

 

No experience necessary. Four weeks of on-site paid University modeled training.
