Exchange Service at Hamilton.

- You are responsible for leading and assisting employees to successfully achieve business and personal sales goals.
- You deliver excellent customer service and support that inspires repeat visits and expands our customer base.
- You will continually develop your product knowledge to guarantee the best suited product for the customer’s needs.
- You assist in loss prevention through awareness, attention to detail and integrity.
- You develop and foster ongoing, positive relationships with the business management, all Wireless vendors, and customers.

Job Requirements
As a Wireless Manager, you ensure that both you and your team offer superior service, integrity, determination, and enthusiasm daily. Wireless Managers develop and sharpen the sales techniques of team members, while realizing their own potential as leaders.
- Two or more years of management experience in a retail and/or customer service environment with a working knowledge of cashiering, receipt processing, and inventory control procedures is preferred
- Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals
- Deliver excellent customer service and support that inspires repeat visits and expands our customer base
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Develop and foster ongoing, positive relationships with the business management, all Wireless vendors, and customers
- Manage multiple employees, identify challenges and develop solutions
- Recruit, onboard, and training team members to achieve their fullest potential
- Reduce shrinkage through awareness of loss prevention, attention to detail and personal integrity
- Prior successful sales experience required
- Strong negotiation skills to generate and close sales effectively
- Successfully record of meeting and exceeding personal sales goals
- Attention to detail and high integrity
- Ability to properly and respectfully address military personnel
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Minimum age of 18
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet base access clearance requirements
- If driving onto the base old current driver’s license and proof of insurance
