What youll do:

• Manage the quality assurance team
• Work with cross functional teams to develop the QA strategy
• Develop and manage QA metrics for performance improvement
• Implement ongoing quality improvement processes

What youll need:

• 5+ years of Software Development and QA experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with C+, SQL, .NET
