Classification: Relationship Manager

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year

An exciting start-up firm in Midtown is seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist to join their organization! This will be the first HR focused position within the firm and handle all things human resource related. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to daily HR administration as well as strategic initiatives and employee development. This role will encompass all areas of the field including benefit administration, payroll, HRIS, performance reviews, employment law among other areas. This position will be an ambassador of culture and further develop and influence the organization. This firm has approximately 100 employees and this position will report into the Executive Board. Job Requirements

Qualified applicants will have at least three years experience in the HR discipline, with experience in an intimate setting. Candidates will have experience with implementation, and creating new human resource initiatives. This role will require candidates to be proactive, work independently and be hands-on in their approach. A Bachelor Degree will be a requirement for this role; Masters Degree in an HR discipline will be a plus. Advanced certification such as PHR or SPHR will also be a plus.
