Job Description

Job is located in New York, NY.The Senior Business Analyst responsible for external requests for departmental participation in testing all mainframe and client service applications that affect maxMC ,OCAP, COMPASS, MedHok, TrendCentral, and other PBM applications. Senior Business Analyst is designated as a Business Analyst for all CMDS initiatives and assists with the coordination of project efforts.
• Support the analysis of the Care Management Data Systems ("CMDS").
• Performs data analysis in SAS,SQL and MS Access to support medical and pharmacy business intelligence.
• Creates traceability matrixes, test scenarios, test cases, process documentation, data validation and data compilation.
• Document discrepancy and assisting with establishing and updating CMDS customers data workflow(s) to system processes, including future business needs.
• Other projects Duties assigned

• Knowledge in performing system Integrity Testing ("IT"), Quality Assurance ("QA") and User Acceptance Testing ("UAT").
• Business and regulatory knowledge of commercial and Medicare plans to facilitate and support system development and enhancements.
• Ability to analyze, communicate (document) and validate requirements for changes to business processes and systems.
• Ability to work on project teams and within the constraints of the team environment to implement defined system solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree (masters degree preferred) in business information or technology systems or similar field
• 3-5 years minimum experience.
• Experience working in industry standard SDLC environments
• SAS, SQL, MS ACCESS, MS INFOPATH/SHAREPOINT, MS VISIO, MS PROJECT, Correspondence/Document Automation Applications (Client Letter) experience required
