Classification: Programmer/Analyst

Compensation: $30.09 to $38.00 per hour

Web / Application DeveloperThis position is for a Web and or Application Developer in the Programming area responsible for the development and support of departmental applications. The scope of the position includes all aspects of development, including requirements definition, design (information architecture), coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Strong programming and database skills are required. Some Mobile Application development experience is a major plus. The Web Developer participates in all aspects of the system development life cycle-analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Additional duties includes performing business analysis and managing small projects. Able to gather functional requirements and translate them into IT components.Competent in conceptual modeling from both a business and technical perspective.Required Skills:Proficiency with HTML, HTML5, PHP, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, Cold Fusion and jQuery,Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL database design and integrationFamiliarity with Object-oriented programming/designCompetent in one or more web programming languages.Able to continuously improve application development standards and processes.A good understanding of cross-browser issues and debuggingExperience architecting, building, and launching complex sitesKnowledge of web analytics tools and related analysisExperience with designing and implementing web servicesFamiliarity with web standards and usability methodsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFor immediate consideration please contact Glenn Kudysch: [Click Here to Email Your Resum]
