We currently have the following position available:

National Task Force Investigator

• Conducts specialized and complex investigations to resolve substantial organized retail theft/fraud in the Stores.
• Develops alliances with high level Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies to prosecute all external fraud activities within assigned area. Works within the judicial system to ensure prosecution and to maximize restitution opportunities.
• Initiates, conducts and resolves complex organized retail theft/fraud investigations. Conducts surveillance, uses CCTV equipment, gathers and analyzes evidence to successfully apprehend and prosecute subjects.
• Works in parternship with Marmaxx District Managers and Store Managers to ensure gathering of necessary evidence.

Requirements

• Minimum five years loss prevention experience in a retail setting
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proven knowledge of progressive loss prevention methods and shrink strategies
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously a must
• Excellent investigative and interview skills required
• The ability to travel extensively
• Private Investigations experience a plus
• Wicklander-Zulawski certificate a plus
