As an SYKES Home powered by Alpine Access Billing Support professional you will be dedicated to one client account where you will take inbound calls to answer questions, resolve issues and take payments. Our clients come  from a wide range of companies in industries such as insurance, office supplies, telecommunications and international finance. Our Billing Support, Account Management and Issue Resolution professionals have the experience and skills necessary to work with a customer’s financial situation to protect a client’s interests and understand the importance of turning around an at-risk or delinquent account.

You will assist customers through every stage of their issue until resolutions are delivered. All Billing Support team members are responsible for arranging payments, updating account information, managing billing inquiries, adjusting billing and managing billing information changes and disputes as needed. SYKES Home powered by Alpine Access will train you so you can help our clients save at-risk customers while strengthening their relationship.

 

Job Requirements

Most importantly, you will perform your job from the comfort of your own home. Working from home is not for everyone.
