• General departmental administrative and project support to the Web and New Media Department
• Project deliverables tracking and project coordination
• Coordination and facilitation of meetings
• Track the departments budget and process invoices
• Take meeting minutes, prepare power point slides and support management as needed

• Bachelors degree or 3-5 years of related experience
• Detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks and effective time management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Must be well versed in Microsoft office and have an understanding of internet and social media programs
