EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER at Jamaica

Job Description

Growing HVAC company in Queens is looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper ASAP!
Responsibilities include:

• Operate computers programmed with accounting software such as QuickBooks to record, store, and analyze information.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
• Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records
• Responsible for both AP/AR, invoicing and payroll, etc.
  

Job Requirements

Ideal candidate must have the following:

• 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper
• MUST have experience in a construction/industrial environment
• MUST have verifiable experience with the School Construction Authority (SCA), LCMS
• MUST know QuickBooks
