Sr. Project Managers (Corporate Real Estate) at New York

Job Description

Our client is in need of a Sr. Project Managers for a 6 month contractin Manhattan, NY.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience as a hands on Project Manager (running projects from start to finish)
• Must be business minded & have experience working with executives and stakeholders.
• Corporate Real Estate experience highly desired (experience moving work locations)
• Banking industry experience nice to have.
• Experience working with a structured methodology (Waterfall preferred)
• Experience managing risk highly desired.
• Experience managing testing efforts highly desired.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Experience managing large projects with up to 60 resources.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Experience working within a PMO a plus
• This resource will be managing multiple large scale projects simultaneously, and must be very process driven.
• Experience working directly with executives
