Otsego County announces a vacancy in their residential care facility, Otsego Manor located in Cooperstown, NY

 Fiscal Manager: $55,000-$60,000

MINIMUM. QUALIFICATIONS: (a) MBA in Accounting or Finance and one year satisfactory f/t pd acct or auditing exp which must have been in maintaining or auditing double entry books of a general ledger, or in maintaining governmental agency books involving appropriation accounting and the preparation of budget and financial reports; OR (b) Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered college or university with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Admin., Econ or related field including or supplemented by 18 semester credit hours in accounting and three years of exp as described above; OR (c) An equivalent combination of the above training and experience indicated in (a) and (b). No residency requirement.
