Job Requirements

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner -PMHNP Requirements:

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an advanced degree from an approved and accredited Nurse Practitioner program. 
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner must currently be licensed as an RN in the state of Maryland.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner must have their own NPI number.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner should have at minimum 3 years experience with at least  1 year in an addiction-focused facility. New grads also accepted.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in providing services to mentally ill and/or correctional population preferred.
