Training and Devlopment Specialist Job at Suffern

Yoh has a six (6) plus month contract opportunity for a Training and Development Specialist to join our client in Suffern, NY.

Job Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and report compliance to SOPs, and various training programs in support of business needs.- Responsible for compliance of all TTO, SOP, and certification documents for all Process Team Members..- Design, plan and develop of training documentation; Write and deliver training documentation and matrices; Evaluate, maintain, and secure all training records.- Track required certification dates ; Supply line management with accurate up-to-date TTOs for the teams and ensure a seamless update of SOPs, TTOs, and certification exams to insure all documents are accurate if/when changes are required- Develop a reporting structure for Manufacturing Supervisors to evaluate the team training compliance for TTOs, SOPs, and certifications.- Alternate shifts may be required Business travel may be required.

Job Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.- Prior training experience in the pharmaceutical environment required.- Requires strong technical knowledge, as well as verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skill and Problem solving/innovative skills are required for detecting, analyzing, and resolving critical technical, operational, and administrative production training problems.- Independent judgment is required for making timely decision/recommendations for corrective actions.- A minimum of five years production oriented experience.- Demonstrated leadership skills required and Proven background in continuous improvement skills- Computer literacy.
