Job Classification: Contract Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a business analyst to become an integral part of their growing team within capital markets. This individual will have the opportunity to work on a mission critical project that will have large implications on economic stability.The successful candidate should have 4+ years of experience as a business analyst with exceptional knowledge of the investment banking industry. The primary responsibilities of this individual will be to interact with the business and third party vendors to customize the firms services for its client base. Although this position is functional in nature it is expected that candidates have prior working experience with SQL and have created queries and tables. Functional knowledge of capital markets is a must while specific knowledge of derivatives, fixed income, prime brokerage and Dodd Frank are a big plus.This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that is developing cutting edge financial products and values a work life balance.
