Job Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:Requirements:Demonstrated proficiency in Yardi property management software .Ability to design, develop and implement new or revised software and systems training programs.Proven ability to create training programs by researching systems and software functionality.Skills to evaluate and report on training program effectiveness using various methods and tools.Good communication skills to report progress of software and training systems with management.Assist with transition teams for newly-acquired properties and existing property data conversions.Work with Helpdesk support by responding to user requests and questions. Can you engage a training class of diverse personalities, work equally as well with one or two learners, and deliver a real training experience? Education / Skills / Experience Required:Tell us about your exceptional experience with YARDI including your verbal communication, writing and training delivery skills. Day travel and occasional overnight travel may be required. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Deep YARDI experience is a must. If you have implemented and converted YARDI software and had experience trouble shooting YARDI as well as heavy training and presentation skills teaching YARDI then we are looking for you! The ideal candidate would be in the Tri-State area of NY, NJ or Connecticut (close travel distance to our NYC offices), however we will consider strong candidates outside this preferred area as well.
