Manage staff to deliver on strategic initiatives and business objectivesManage multiple cross-business initiatives for regulatory change, internal controls, operating effectiveness, new product introductions, establishment of new functions, regional initiatives and other organizational changes
Lead workstream meetings, maintain project plans, communicate progress to Senior Management and other constituencies
Develop, document and maintain standard operational procedures, checklists, and process flows
Develop and execute improvements in operating effectiveness and operating efficiency
Lead process reengineering to improve efficiency and impact; identify process gaps/inefficiencies and identify common solutions and implement, including driving technology enhancements
Implement solutions to mitigate risk
Develop communication materials to announce new processes and tools

Job Requirements
10+ years of work experience; management experience; managed multiple reports and virtual teams; financial services and risk management exposure; knowledge of regulatory requirements in the US and/or EU.Strong leadership skills and an ability to set direction, ensuring working groups meet project deliverables
Strong ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
Strong teamwork skills
Process reengineering experience
Analytical and problem solving skills; risk management a plus
Self-starter and ability to meet tight deadlines
Change Management skills
Strong results orientation
Strong communication skills
