Investment Banking Analyst Internship

Role: Internship in the Investment Banking Analyst Training Program
Availability: Immediate
Location: New York City (relocation assistance not provided)

Duration: Four month internships available in the Fall, Spring and Summer (length of time is approximate and may vary based on need)
Pay Rate: This is a paid internship; pay rate discussed during interview process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive company and industry research and analyses
• Analyze financial statements and assist in building financial models
• Prepare marketing materials and offering documents related to M&A and capital raising transactions
• Contribute to valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses
• Prepare due diligence request lists and track information received
• Assist in preparation of pitch materials and internal documents
• Support deal teams in all aspects of the investment banking process

Job Requirements

• Recent graduate or current student at a well-regarded academic institution
• Strong analytical ability as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Native fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and/or Korean is a strong plus
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, CapitalIQ and Bloomberg is a plus
• Familiarity with financial modeling and accounting is a strong plus
• Relevant experience in our focus industries and/or the financial services industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability working with others on challenging projects or initiatives
• Demonstrated interest for working in corporate finance / investment banking and in emerging markets
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
