PHP, C++, Java Programmers at Jamestown

We are a fast growing multimedia company in Western New York (Chautauqua County) looking for a few high level PHP, C++ or JAVA programmers to join our team. We are an innovative company that is constantly evaluating and improving on our industry leading platform to stay a step ahead of our competition. We currently program in PHP, but would look at skilled and experienced C++ and Java programmers capable of learning PHP. Required Skills: - At least 5 years of application development experience. - Strong knowledge of PHP (FUEL/Laravel/Kohana php framework a Plus ), C++ or Java. - Able to write Valid HTML4/HTML5, css2/css3 Some IE6 capable html - Experience in a version controlled environment - GIT/GitFlow a Plus - E-commerce, content management and/or social network software experience and familiarity with CCK (Content Creation Kits) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) concepts are real pluses. - Experience with or desire to work in a small entrepreneurial environment is a must -- you will be exposed to every aspect of our business from marketing to design to project management. Verbal communication skills are as important as your coding prowess. You need to be mature, flexible and self-motivated.
