RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - JUNIOR INSIDE SALES POSITION - TRAINING PROVIDED - $60-80K

This is a junior level position where, while light B2B/inside sales experience is desirable, no experience is necessary! Nigel Frank Internationals personalized training program will train motivated, hard working, energetic individuals to be TOP BILLERS!

Upon beginning with Nigel Frank International, trainee recruitment consultants will be paired with dedicated mentors; they will also participate in seminar-style classes and receive hands-on experience. From the first week with Nigel Frank, consultants will be speaking with clients and candidates in order to build skills, become comfortable, and start to close deals and make money ASAP!

Our trainee recruitment consultants will be working within our niche IT sector, Microsoft business technologies. They will have our client and candidate database at their disposal whilst working with our top billers to learn the necessary business-to-business sales and recruitment skills to network with new clients and candidates. Consultants will be providing the best service to Nigel Franks candidates and clients, following candidates throughout the hiring process with clients. Their responsibilities include coordinating interviews, negotiating terms and salary, and remaining in contact after placements are made.

In addition to a $35,000 base salary, we offer totally UNCAPPED commission, which means that your earning potential is COMPLETELY in your own hands. Average earnings in the first year are $80,000, with our top performers bringing in over $100k total earnings in the first year. If you are willing to work hard, the sky is the limit as a Recruitment Consultant at NFI. We also have a clear platform to Senior Consultant, Team Leader and Management positions at NFI.
