About The Job

The Client Care Coordinator is a trained professional consultant to families or individuals exploring home care for themselves or their loved one. The Client Care Coordinator listens to the needs of the family/client and then performs a needs assessment for the client before recommending the appropriate type and level of service. Client Care Coordinators are expected to display the competitive drive of a successful sales professional while maintaining a strong focus on ensuring the round-the-clock safeguarding of the client. We are currently looking for sales persons that possesses different levels of sales skills and accomplishments. We will train an experienced sales person.

 

Job Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has at least 5 years B2C phone sales experience, preferably in a home health care agency, insurance, securities stocks or related environment
  • Is empathetic and a good listener (fast talkers need not apply).
  • Is a polished sales person that really understands a consultative one call sale process.
  •  Is a self-motivated sales driver who can ask for business, overcome objections and close over the phone, a real go getter.
  • Has excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor (may meet with prospective clients in their home)
  • Has reliable transportation (there may be some local NYC and Long Island travel)
  • Is comfortable working in a professional office environment.
  • Is willing to learn the industry but lives and breathes sales. We will train an experienced sales person that understands a one or two call consultative sale process.
  • We are currently looking for sales persons that possesses different levels of sales skills and accomplishments.
 

Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
