Sales Associates (Full/Part Time) New York Stores

Experienced Sales Associates: (PT/FT) Competitive salary + bonus + benefits

Responsible for using your high level customer service expertise to provide exceptional service to our customers at all times, as well as your knowledge, experience and passion to advise customers on all Charles Tyrwhitt products.You will have at least 2 years retail customer service experience, excellent communication skills along with a passion for good quality products, professionalism, the ability to work under pressureand a flexible attitude to shift patterns.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing world-class customer service.

- Offering advice to customers & assisting wit product selectionon all Charles Tyrwhitt products.

- Stock, replenishment and keeping the sales area tidy.

- Dealing with customer complaints or returns.

- Utilising specialist product knowledge.

- Monitoring and update sales display areas.

- Using selling techniques to increase sales.

- Taking payments and wrap goods.

- Ensuring that merchandise is properly handled, labelled and priced to minimise losses and damage.

- Adhering to Company administration procedures and practices (including EPOS and till procedures) & health & safety guidelines.

- Assisting with day to day retail operations to achieve maximum performance.

- Adhering to Company stock control procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels.

- Building and maintaining an effective customer mailing list.
