PRO Unlimited, a global consulting firm supporting contingent workforce management, is currently recruiting for a PeopleSoft Technical Writer.POSITION SUMMARYThe Technical Writer creates software product and service documentation for end users and service engineers. Candidate will work to provide and deliver end user documentation and training guides on Peoplesoft Finance & HR. As the Technical writer you will translate change requirements into functional specifications for staff, develop end user training materials, and test accuracy and usability of enhancements.JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES

Develop and manage all documentations requirements

Review, edit and test documentation

Track and fix documentation defects

Assist in the development and implementation of the user documentation strategy

Experience in preparing training and user guides

Experience documenting business analysis/requirements

Job Requirements

.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism or a similar field or Bachelors Degree and 5 years of Technical Writing or Journalism or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 4 years progressive experience as Technical Writer or Journalism)

5 years experience writing and editing software documentation

Proven ability to work independently and in teams

Experience with user interface design and usability testing

Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, presentation skills and technical communication skills.

Previous project or team leadership experience; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, Visio is a must

Peoplesoft experience preferred
