Account Executive Job at New York

Job Description

The Account Executive is expected to perform all job duties including the following:
- Involved in day-to-day client projects; gathering and delivering information to the team
- Assisting with project plans, including timelines and deliverables
- Perform campaign reporting and deliverability reporting as required
- Testing/QA of campaigns
- Deliverability status
- Competitive reporting
- Monitor automation status
- Sit in on client calls
- Manage campaign job tickets and escalations
- Working knowledge of DREAM and DREAMmail (user setups, minor changes, etc)
- Research and provide industry news and best practices to internal teams
- Working knowledge of billing process and pricing structures
- Facilitate/manage campaign assets

Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- Entry-level ok, but prefer at least 1+ year of relevant client experience in email marketing or other related disciplines; or at least 1+ year of relevant agency experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies - experience with major consumer brands and online/ interactive channels preferred (even if via college case studies)
- Interest in managing client relationships
- Aptitude for process discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of customer retention process and the ability to analyze processes
- Self directed with a sense of urgency in solving client issues
- Ability to adapt to difficult situations
- Bachelors Degree
