• Lead a small team of Manual QA engineers
• Maintain a list of all existent testing assignments and their priority
• Convert product requirements into relevant test cases and procedures
• Execute testing procedures for software submitted from the development team and create pass / fail reports on software testing
• Provide direct feedback to the development team
• Design and perform test cases for new software/hardware products and features
• Configure hardware accordingly to test procedure requirements

Job Requirements

Senior/Lead QA Manual Testing Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• A team lead/technical lead - a big plus
• Experience of application testing over custom hardware
• Knowledge in HW configuration including serial port connection, Ethernet, wireless and wired networks
• Experience in both Windows and Linux environments is a plus
