Are you a Customer Service professional with at least 2 years experience in a Call Center environment and looking for a PART-TIME opportunity? If so, we may have your next career opportunity!Our client, located in the Port Washington area, is looking for Call Center professionals to join their team. They are a global, well-known company with an established and respected brand. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for upholding that brand and providing exceptional support while assisting accounts or clients promptly and resolving issues professionally. Desired characteristics include the need to be flexible, reliable, friendly, courteous, and able to work in a team environment.
Work Schedule:
MUST be available to work on Saturdays.
Will work 4 Saturdays on and 4 off.
When working a Saturday, you will have one day off during the week.
Hours are flexible - 20 to 29 hour work week.
Job Requirements
Must have excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate confidently and courteously with a clear, professional speaking voice.Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills.Basic to advanced math skills.Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult clients and know when to escalate if necessary.Excellent time management skillsStrong computer skills - Experience using SAP a PLUS!Language skills - Bilingual French a PLUS!Associates degree required - Bachelors degree preferredAt least 2 years Call Center experienceCountry: USA, State: New York, City: Port Washington, Company: Kelly Services.
