Your tasks
The Senior Accountant ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions into SAP general ledger. Specific responsibilities include:
Analyze supporting documentation and input related financial transactions into general ledger

Prepare/review financial statements for multiple entities

Verify and submit consolidation reporting in Hyperion system
oMeet Deadlines
oSubmit monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting packages
oResponsible for inquiries from Consolidations Group

Instruct and advise Staff Accountant and outsourced GL staff as needed

Prepare analyses of certain balance sheet accounts as well as reviewing analysis prepared by Staff Accountant and offshore G/L staff

Assist in preparation and completion of annual audits by external auditors

Perform related duties and special projects as required

Our requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting with a 5+ years of experience as an accountant
Proficiency with Excel required
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) accounting system required
SAP experience preferred
