Responsibilities:
The Accounting Coordinatorwill be responsible for a wide variety of accounting functionsincluding heavy reconciliation of complex bank statements. Other duties will includegeneral ledger posting,monitoring and managing cash flow,account analysis and special projects. Successful individual will eventually receive exposure to more general accounting responsibilities such as financial statement analysisbudgets. This highly visibleopportunitywill interface regularly withupper management.
Job Requirements
Interested candidates must have at least 2 years of real estate accounting experience including heavy bank reconciliation. Associates degreea plus; strong PC skills including Excel and Real Estate package such as Yardi, MRIor Skyline amust.
