Customer Service Representatives

Are you looking for a customer service position that lets you get out from behind your desk? Do you enjoy interacting face to face with people (and pets) on a daily basis?

If you answered yes, Best Friends Pet Care is looking for you! But be warned....this is not your average customer service position.

We are seeking outgoing, upbeat, experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSRs) that love to smile and are always willing to lend a hand. CSRs are the first and last impression our customer gets of our business. The right candidate makes a good impression on the phone and in person to every customer. Responsibilities include: answer phones, data enter reservations and check in/out our pet guests.

Customer Service positions require good phone and computer skills and a great personality. Must love animals and cannot mind getting hands dirty - lots of slobbery pet kisses from our pet guests...and everyone is responsible to mop up an occasional "accident" in the lobby. Plus everyone steps in to help care for pet guests as needed.

**ONE WEEKEND DAY & MONDAYS A MUST**

Animal Care Technician

ANIMAL CARE TECHNICIANS feed, clean, and care for our pet guests. Because pet care is what we do, these positions are vital to making sure our pet guests are well cared for, happy and think of us as their home away from home.

Seeking bright, energetic, individuals who work hard, pay close attention to detail and have a love of pets. While you will have many opportunities to play and cuddle with our pet guests, these positions include all aspects of pet care. Bring a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and high energy level, dont be afraid to get your hands dirty and youll be rewarded with the affection of our pet guests and gratitude of their owners. What you give of yourself to our guests, youll get back ten-fold.
