Job Responsibilities:

Primary purpose of position is to accurately traffic all RMG Network assets with an emphasis on digital and display advertising for the RMG Office Network locations to help maximize revenue. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining and communicating technical specs to sales, clients and agencies, securing campaign creative from clients/agencies, testing campaign creative for compliance with outlined specs, accurately trafficking ads in front end software and ad server. Providing proof of performance reports to monitor campaign delivery. In addition, this position will serve as support for day-to-day operational issues of Ad Sales as well as support for the Director and Manager, Ad Ops.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience required, Bachelors Degree preferred. 1 year experience in traffic role, 1 year experience in ad sales or ad agency environment preferred. Knowledge of Flash, rich media, and DHTML; familiarity with online advertising principles and Internet technologies is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Impeccable attention to detail. Possession of strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to identify and solve problems proactively. Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
