Maintenance Industrial/MechanicGeneral Description:Installs, inspects, maintains, and performs primary repair of mechanical equipment involved with operating and maintenance of the building grounds, and manufacturing systems. All shifts are staffed. Certified or licensed in any area is a plus but not a requirement. Will reimburse for work related license renewal fees. Have Diverse industrial/mechanical skills Position Responsibilities / further DescriptionHave experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance of machinery and equipment and best in a food manufacturing. Will include grounds maintenance.Required to dismantle, repair and reassemble machinery such as motors, conveyor lines and palletizer, conduct preventative maintenance audits and perform repair, set up of all manufacturing equipment, office, including heating & cooling, and alarm systems.Use hand, bench and machine tools in the repair and maintenance of machinery, acetylene, arch and gas welding, operate drill presses, grinders, replace and repair bearings, shafts, sleeves and other parts, change oil and greases all equipment, read schematics, blueprints, and other mechanical documentation.Thorough knowledge of standard maintenance practices, methods, tools and materials of electrical and mechanical trades, knowledge of occupational hazards and possesses experience with OSHA safety training, ability to observe and enforce safety precautions, able to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and subordinates, skilled in the use and care of tools, able to climb ladders, use forklift, work in tight spaces, lift safety, conduct daily equipment audits, maintain equipment inventory and maintain daily records of operations and reporting deficiencies to supervisor.Individual should posses basic computer skills and have the ability to work independently when necessary, and have effective verbal and written communication skills, flexible and able to work all shifts and overtime when and if necessary.Ability to lift at least50 pounds safely ARYZTYA LLC -(better known as Otis Spunkmeyer)promotes an equal employment opportunity workplace which includes reasonable accommodation of otherwise qualified disabled applicants and employees.
