Job Description

Hudson has partnered with one of the largest global firms with presence in over 40 countries providing consulting and technology solutions and services. They are currently looking for a Sitecore Architect for a long term opportunity at their Melville (Long Island) location.

TITLE: Sitecore Architect

LOCATION: Melville (Long Island), NY

DURATION: 6-12 months

START: ASAP!

NOTE: MUST Have 2 years of experience with SIRECORE ARCHITECTURE

Responsibilities:

• Design and document solution architectures for the Business Service Layer.
• Design and document cross cutting topics like Logging, notification management.
• Work closely with development lead and global solution Specialists to ensure alignment of solutions.
• Support the development of the solution and check solutions aligned to our business drivers and enterprise architectures.

Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 2+ years with .Net architecture with 5+ years of background in .Net/C#, development
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sitecore architect in an enterprise environment (Version 7 preferred but 6.X is acceptable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting with senior management and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Business services layer design and implementation, .Net 4.x, SOA architecture
• Strong knowledge in C#, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge in design pattern related to the web development e.g. MVC and MVVM
• SCRUM or other Agile methodology knowledge
• Ability to adapt to difficult and changing environments - and to deliver timely and under pressure while being a strong team player

Desirable:

• Experience with multi-lingual, multi-country and multi-brand implementations
• Record of leading and supporting implementation teams in CXM projects.
• Knowledge of CDN, elastic caching platforms and experience with distributed implementation teams
• Familiarity with business rule engine technology
