Job Classification: Contract Terms: 3 month contract to PermShift: Monday-Friday 1st or 2nd shift (must be willing and flexible to do either plus overtime)Openings: 5Benefits offeredNO drug test or background checks requiredJob Title: MechanicJob Summary:Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.Job Duties:Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Locate source of problem by inspecting, examining, and listening for problems. Use precision measuring and testing instruments to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions on the mechanical devices in operation. Install, adjust, troubleshoot, maintain, align, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools according to plans. Document all work performed in the book of the equipment and daily worksheet. Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing environmentKnowledge of GMP, SOP, FDAExperience using measuring and testing toolsMust be able to provide own toolsExperience with installations, troubleshooting, repairs, testing and maintenance of industrial and stationary machinery Join Aerotek Commercial Staffing®.
