Job Classification: Contract Seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual for a Collection and Sales Specialist position in the Greater Buffalo area. This individual will be responsible for the prompt and efficient handling of Customer inquires received via their respective Department. The Customer Care Specialist is required to address Customers in a professional and courteous manner to ensure superior customer satisfaction is achieved on every telephone call.
