Senior Test Engineer 

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Test Engineer to work for an industry leading manufacturer in the Central New York area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full test software development life cycle (design, development, implementation, test, & maintenance) for new and existing products

• Support and develop control systems for production and assembly equipment

• Develop software algorithms for control and measurement systems

• Implement and debug software in LabView, C++, VB.Net, and TestStand

• Lead the full test software development life cycle (design, development, implementation, test, & maintenance)

• Initiate, justify and implement test improvement opportunities for increased capacity, improved test yields, reduced cycle time and quality concerns

• Analyze production data and provide solutions to reduce scrap and production inefficiency

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 7+ years of experience
• Experienced in the development of software algorithms and implementing those in LabView, C++ and VB.Net
