An industry leading consulting firm based in the greater New York City area is seeking a SharePoint Architect on the full time basis. The ideal candidate will come from a background in development in the .NET technologies, and will have extensive consulting experience within the SharePoint space (ideally within the Microsoft Partner Channel).

Required Skills and Responsibilities:
*3 years of experience documenting technical approach via Visio diagrams and Design artifacts
*3 years of experience customizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/SharePoint Server 2010; including using the SharePoint object model, SharePoint Designer, Workflows
*6 years of experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft development platform with an emphasis on C#, ASP.NET, XML, Web Service
*3 years of experience technical lead developing business solutions
*Thorough understanding or working experience with SharePoint 2013 is required
*Experience with waterfall and agile implementation methodologies
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Experience in working in the partner channel is highly prized
*Assist with development of new practices and training plans for SharePoint
*Identifies and resolves project issues with clients
*Deliver briefings, status reports, presentations to clients and prospects
*Problem solving, analytical thinking, and debugging
*Full management of multiple SharePoint projects at any given time
*Travel up to 25%
